The concept
A family property in rural Matale, being prepared as a private nature villa
Cocoa Barn House is an existing family house in the Walawela / Yatawatta area of Matale, Sri Lanka, set in a tropical garden. The main house is currently pre-renovation. We are preparing it in a careful sequence, so that everything eventually offered to guests genuinely exists.
